In the past, it was more common to provide delivery service with customer calls using a Caller ID device. But cables were needed to connect mobile or fixed lines. We have developed an application on the Android operating system to eliminate cable tangles. When the line connected to your mobile phone is called, it transfers the call to SambaPOS as in the caller id device. When a call comes in, you can view the customer number by clicking the pop-up in SambaPOS and obtain information such as address and name from the customer and register the customer in the system.
After the call is over, you can view the information about how many times the customer was spoken to, and you can even find out who called you in cases where you cannot pick up the phone. If you wish, you can get all these call information via daily e-mail by adjusting the application. Thus, with Android CID, you can quickly place orders, create a customer database and increase the profit rate of your business.
